Holiday Parties
Wow, are there ever a lot of parties around Christmas! I could really get used to this. You get to do all sorts of great things at parties:
You get to make crafts.
You get to drink juice boxes!
You get to put icing and sprinkles on cookies!
You get to socialize with your friends and share treats!
And of course, you get to see Santa. Today I got to see Santa with Simon and Isla at the North Pole! We took a horse drawn carriage into Christmas Town and Mrs. Claus brought us into Santa’s house and we got a personal visit with him. It was really cold in the North Pole but it was really neat too.
I just realized that I have not made a post to announce the birth of my new cousin, Baby Isla! She is Simon’s sister. Here is a picture of me giving her a kiss.

Christmas is coming!
Christmas is almost here and we have been doing a lot of Christmas activities lately. Gammie came over this week and I helped her decorate our tree. That was fun. Especially when it tipped over on her!
Today we went to what Mommy and Daddy are calling “The test run” visit with Santa. He was at our local Home Hardware. I knew we were going to go and see him and I planned to sit on his knee but I got a little nervous when we arrived. Santa is such a nice man. I was keeping my distance and showing him the different coloured lights on the tree and didn’t realize I was getting closer and closer to him. Next thing I knew, I was standing BESIDE his knee and they were taking my picture! Apparently I am going to see him again sometime soon.
