Simon looks around

Simon is quickly becoming more interested in what he can see. He is fascinated with the ceiling when rocking in my arms but is definitely most interested in our faces.

  1. For completely selfish reasons, I’m glad Simon has finally arrived. I am no longer the only one of my friends with a baby!

    And for completely unselfish reasons, I’m so glad that Simon is here because he is as surely a gift as my own kids are (Iris can’t wait to meet him, though is disappointed that he’s not a girl).

  3. Congratulations. Simon is a beautiful little lad. We love the name…strong, can’t be shortened into silly nicknames and there won’t be 50 other kids with the same name in his preschool! He is a gorgeous baby. Our guys can’t wait to meet him. (Colin LOVES the name and all the great photos on your site.) Enjoy your adventures with the little one, and take time to savour and remember every precious moment. They really do grow so quickly! Lots of love. xoxox
