Hello everyone!
Hello world, my name is Hawksley Shaver! (Where the heck did my parents get that name you ask? I am named after the very talented and eccentric Canadian musician Hawksley Workman and Lauchlin is a name passed down on my Mom’s side of the family).
My mom has been updating a blog for when I was in her belly but I decided to take over and manage my own. Hope you like it!
I waited until the very last day of January to make my appearance (just to drive my Mom and Dad crazy of course!). My Mom started having contractions about midnight on January 30th and I was finally born on February 1st at 5:19 a.m.

Hope Mummy is getting some rest. May be Laila will be able to provide some milk because we are sure Hawksley will be eating like a three month old and Mummy may have trouble felling him up. For the family that takes so many pictures where are they?
